This bridge is a little concrete arch bridge over Hackett Road on the border of Waterloo and Cedar Falls.
Built in 1916, the bridge now serves a small mountain bike trail, which appears to be rather unmaintained.
Overall, the bridge remains in good condition.

The author has ranked this bridge as being moderately significant, due to the minimal remains of the Waterloo, Cedar Falls & Northern.
